Ingredients:
100 + 50 grams makhana1/2 litre milk
Refined oil or ghee for roasting- 6 teaspoon
Sugar to taste
Method:
- Roast makhana's on medium flame till it turns slightly golden brownish in colour. It should be very crisp.
- In a separate bowl, continue boiling milk till it reduces to half. (You can add 1/4 cup of milk powder to fasten the process).
- Add sugar to it and stir well.
- now add 100 grams or 2/3 of roasted makhana's to it. leave it for not more than 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let it cool.
- While serving top it up with left over roasted makhana's and it's done. Pretty easy, isn't it??
