Grilled Masala Chicken :-
For this we need :
chicken breasts - 3
tandoori masala - 1 tbsp
ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
oregano - 1/2 tspn
kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 tspn
yogurt - 100 gms
salt - to taste
mustard oil - 2 tbsp
black pepper - 1 tspn
olive oil - for greasing
Method :-
Marinate the chicken breasts with all the above ingredients in a
microwave safe bowl or plate for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat your microwave at 180 degrees C.
Take out the bowl/plate and brush olive oil on top the chicken.
Cook in micro+grill mode at 108 degrees C for 10 mins. After ten
mins take out the bowl and turn the chicken to let it cook from the
other side for another 10 mins.
After 20 mins take it out of the oven and serve hot with tandoori roti, rumali roti, lachcha parantha or basmati jeera rice.
