Grilled Masala Chicken :-

  For this we need :

  • chicken breasts - 3

  • tandoori masala - 1 tbsp

  • ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp

  • oregano - 1/2 tspn

  • kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 tspn

  • yogurt - 100 gms

  • salt - to taste

  • mustard oil - 2 tbsp

  • black pepper - 1 tspn

  • olive oil - for greasing

 

Method :-

  1.  Marinate the chicken breasts with all the above ingredients in a microwave safe bowl or plate for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator. 
  2. Preheat your microwave at 180 degrees C.
  3. Take out the bowl/plate and brush olive oil on top the chicken.
  4. Cook in micro+grill mode at 108 degrees C for 10 mins. After ten mins take out the bowl and turn the chicken to let it cook from the other side for another 10 mins. 
  5. After 20 mins take it out of the oven and serve hot with tandoori roti, rumali roti, lachcha parantha or basmati jeera rice.
