Grilled Masala Chicken :-
For this we need :
chicken breasts - 3
tandoori masala - 1 tbsp
ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
oregano - 1/2 tspn
kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 tspn
yogurt - 100 gms
salt - to taste
mustard oil - 2 tbsp
black pepper - 1 tspn
olive oil - for greasing
Method :-
- Marinate the chicken breasts with all the above ingredients in a
microwave safe bowl or plate for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your microwave at 180 degrees C.
- Take out the bowl/plate and brush olive oil on top the chicken.
- Cook in micro+grill mode at 108 degrees C for 10 mins. After ten
mins take out the bowl and turn the chicken to let it cook from the
other side for another 10 mins.
- After 20 mins take it out of the oven and serve hot with tandoori roti, rumali roti, lachcha parantha or basmati jeera rice.
