STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE


   INGREDIENTS :-

  • strawberries - 5-6 (large)
  • banana - 1
  • milk - 4 tbspn
  • yogurt - 2 tbspn
  • vanilla essence - 1 tspn
  • honey - 1 tbspn

   METHOD :-

  • In a blender add all the above ingredients and blend it all. Pour in a glass and add some crushed ice cubes and serve it chilled. Decorate the glass with a strawberry. 








    😀  Best for summers.
    😀  Strawberries help in digestion. So have it before or after meals and also as snacks.
   😀  Strawberries also contain vitamin C and fiber and hence when combined with yogurt it adds to healthy diet.
    😀  Tastes delicious and frozen smoothie can also be a dessert.
